Central Australia's one and only STUNT WATERSKIING DUO!

...and they're heading north to carve up the waters of Europe...
Inspired by the grace of Esther Williams and born with a passion for stunt water skiing, these sisters - direct from the Australian desert - won't let the drought stand in the way of a dream. Equipped with their W.A.S.A - Water-skiing Aquatic Simulating Apparatus (an inflatable wading pool), a couple of frilly pink bikinis and tow ropes tied to the nearest solid object...These little Aussie battlers are bringing stunt water skiing to the edge, on stages and streets all around the world! .

Introducing Tutti Frutti, all the way from Australia, with a stunt waterskiing show unlike anything you have ever seen. With no more than a blow up pool, ropes tied to the nearest solid object and a couple of frilly pink bikinis, these girls will transform an ordinary place into an extraordinary world. These loveable characters will delight you with their high energy physical comedy. Tutti Frutti's acrobatic antics, hilarious illusion and Aussie glamour have been received with riotous laughter everywhere they have performed. These two women take a show to the streets and stages that leave audiences feeling like anything is possible. Tutti Frutti will light up any program with this fun, fresh and original show.

Sound system suitable to space with:

• CD or minidisk playback Play Back
• Requirements for Radio Mics (supplied by Tutti Frutti)::
  • 2 x Mono Jack Inputs for Radio Mics or 2 x XLR inputs & 2 x mic cables for Radio Mics
  • Power supply adaptable to 240v

 

LIGHTING

• INDOOR PERFORMANCE:
  • Fairly Bright cheerful lighting Đ good solid wash of open white or warm light.
    In general the requirements are not strict Đ most importantly the performers need to see each other, the floor and the edge of the defined performing space clearly. Harsh direct lights can be problematic. But all this can usually be easily solved with a 15 minute tech period.

   

• OUTDOOR PERFORMANCE:
  • As above

  A sound operator desirable but in some circumstances (such as street shows) Tutti Frutti can operate the cues themselves. There is single audio cue that is delivered live from on stage.

STAGE REQUIREMENTS

• PERFORMANCE AREA: Clear and level surface 5m wide x 3m deep
• OVERHEAD CLEARANCE: 3.5 m

NOTE: Tutti Frutti require a solid object to which they can tie their tow ropes (eg: A pole)

SET UP AND BUMP OUT TIME

• Stage set up time: up to 5 minutes + 15 minutes dedicated tech rehearsal which includes consultation with Sound & LX Techs.
• Stage bump out time: 1 minute
• Performance preparation time off stage: 1 hour
• Time between performances: Minimum of 1 hour

SHOW DURATION

• STREET: 30-40 minutes
• INDOOR: 20 - 30 minutesminutes

DRESSING ROOM

• chairs
• tables and mirrors
• drinking water
• secure storage space
