Originally created to support students in self-expression and self-esteem, improvisational theatre has evolved into a performing arts method used by acting programs across the world.
The workshops led by Toni Caradonna explore creativity, freedom, and spontaneity through these tried-and-true improvisational techniques. No theatre experience is necessary as the workshop takes everyone —from beginners to experienced students— into a world of playfulness and pure possibilities. Conducted in a relaxed, supportive environment, our time together includes performance exercises and non-competitive games focusing on communication, creativity, team building, ensemble, spontaneity, and self-worth. This interactive improvisational training is of value to management professionals and those who are interested in personal growth.
Toni Caradonna has studied Circus Arts in London (Circus Space), Clowning in Berlin (Philippe Gaulier) and Physics, Philosophy and Didactics at the Universities of Manchester (GB) and Bern (CH), Toni Caradonna has combined his performing skills with high pedagogical qualifications.
